True Development

True Development delivers awareness training and coaching based on Mindfulness, see more about what we offer here. True Development is based in Stockholm and collaborates with certified Mindfulness instructors and coaches throughout Sweden. True Development was founded by Anna Agrell.

Anna is a certified Mindfulness instructor from Mindfulnesscenter and a certified coach (Zen Coaching). She has been teaching Mindfulness and been coaching since 2006. She has also conducted a stress reduction program, called Inner Leadership Development, at Nacka Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. Mindfulness is at the core of Anna´s approach to coaching, which is also inspired by Zen Coaching. Anna holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering, from the school of Engineering Physics, at the Royal Institute of Technology and has worked in corporations such as Adtranz, Ericsson and AstraZeneca, to name a few, mainly as project manager.

Anna´s own awareness practice is at the centre of her work as it brings her inspiration and allows her to easily relate and give support to different aspects arising in clients and course participants during their training and in coaching sessions.
